May 29, 2014 marks the 25th anniversary of Luna Sea's formation. The day before the band holds their special 25th anniversary concert in Tokyo, the band is releasing two must-own releases for all Luna Sea fans. The second installment of their live compilation, Never Sold Out 2 features 21 live performances from Luna Sea’s greatest concerts, including their 2000 concert in Tokyo Dome, the 1999 Hong Kong concert on their first Asian tour and their 2013 Budokan concert.

1999年、やはり5月29日に発売された『NEVER SOLD OUT』の第2弾。実に膨大なマスターの中から、さまざまな年代のライヴ音源をセレクト。代表曲からマニアックな曲までを網羅しています。前回同様ライヴを再現するかのような曲順で構成していきます。収益のすべてを東日本大震災の義捐金とした配信限定シングル「PROMISE」。2012年、仙台サンプラザで行われた[For JAPAN A Promise to The Brave 2012 in Sendai]でのライヴテイクをはじめ、商品化されていない音源が目白押し！(DISC 2)には１曲約３０分の大作（THE ONE-crash to create-）のライヴ音源を初音源化し収録。また今回の商品化にあたり、全ての収録楽曲をメンバーディレクションの元、再MIX。新たな命が宿っております！
