Abe Hiroshi is a rule-breaking detective who ends up in the police band in Offbeat Cops! Written and directed by Uchida Eiji (Midnight Swan), the offbeat police film also co-stars Seino Nana, Takasugi Mahiro, Itabashi Shunya, Motola Serena, Isomura Hayato and Shibukawa Kiyohiko.
Tenacious detective Naruse Tsukasa (Abe Hiroshi) is dedicated to fighting crime at all measures. However, in this day and age, his way of investigating and hunting down suspects with little regard for rules just doesn't fly anymore. He also doesn't care much about career advancement or being alienated from his colleagues. It's finally the last straw when Naruse gets into a confrontation with his superior, and he gets transferred to the police band!
