Writer-director Shinagawa Hiroshi (Suspect X) adapts the popular yanki manga OUT into a live-action youth action film about the experiences and redemption arc of a legendary juvenile delinquent. OUT depicts a hard-knock youth of fighting, friendship, humor and passion. A fresh young cast of rising stars take front and center including Kura Yuki (The Forbidden Play), Mizukami Koshi (Lesson in Murder), Nogizaka46's Yoda Yuki, Daigo Kotaro (Re/Member) and JO1's Yonashiro Sho, Ohira Shosei and Kinjo Sukai.
Iguchi Tatsuya (Kura Yuki) has been released from juvenile detention center. Known on the streets as the "Mad Dog of Komae," the legendary youth delinquent starts a new life in another town working at a yakiniku restaurant run by his uncle (Sugimoto Tetta) and aunt (Watanabe Marina). Iguchi is on probation and if he gets into another fight, he's out – no more second chances. However, Iguchi happens to meet Abe Kaname (Mizukami Koshi), the underboss of a Chiba biker gang, and gets pulled into a fierce, bloody conflict with another gang.
