Following his military discharge in August 2017, Super Junior's Choi Si Won (She Was Pretty) restarts his career with the tvN romcom Revolutionary Love from director Song Hyun Wook (Oh Hae Young Again). The singer-actor returns as an unambitious man from a chaebol family who finds love and hope after meeting a fearless young woman played by Kang So Ra (Mr Lawyer, Mr. Joe). The supporting cast of the drama includes Gong Myung (The Bride of Habaek), Lee Jae Yoon (Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo), Choi Jae Sung (Dream of the Emperor), Kyun Mi Ri (Beautiful Gong Shim), Kim Ye Won (Tomorrow with You) and Seo Yi An (Sweet Home, Sweet Family).

Byun Hyuk (Choi Si Won) is the second son of a wealthy family. He doesn't have a job and always causes troubles. One day, he discovers that his girlfriend Hong Chae Ri (Seo Yi An) is having an affair in a hotel. Disguising himself as the hotel's staff, he sneaks into Chae Ri's room, where she is having a heated argument over her missing earring with the part-time hotel cleaner Baek Joon (Kang So Ra). Though Joon denies that she stole the earring, she still gets fired. Meanwhile, a video of Hyuk sexually harassing a flight attendant is revealed on a news program. To escape from the media, Hyuk pleads with Joon to take him home. Joon asks for help from her friend Kwon Je Hoon (Gong Myung), who happens to be searching for Hyuk, his boss's son.
