A high school girl struggles to escape from the clutches of a religious cult in the OCN suspense drama Save Me starring Ok Taec Yeon and Seo Ye Ji. Based on Jo Geum San's popular webcomic Out of the World, the drama follows teenage girl Sang Mi (Seo Ye Ji), who moves from Seoul to a small town due to her father's (Jung Hae Kyun) financial problems. A religious cult's spiritual leader (Jo Sung Ha) helps the family find a new house and tackle problems in their daily lives. Meanwhile, Sang Mi's twin brother Sang Jin (Jang Yoo Sang) jumps to his death after being relentlessly bullied at school. Driven mad by Sang Jin's death, Sang Mi's mother needs to receive treatment in a psychiatric hospital, but her father disagrees and asks for help from the cult.

[シリーズストーリー]
成績優秀で郡守の父を持つサンファンは、田舎町・ムジ郡では有名な高校生だった。ある夜、ソウルから家族と引っ越してきたサンミと出会うが、後に彼女は、偶然にも転校生として同じクラスにやってくる。その頃サンミ一家は、ジョンギが主導する怪しげな集団組織“救船院”に接近されていた。さらに兄は学校でいじめを受け、拠り所のないサンミは、サンファンに兄を助けるよう懇願する。だが、サンファンがある事情からそれを断ってしまったために悲劇が起こり…。数年後、大学生となったサンファンは、“救船院”で捕われの身となっていたサンミを今度こそ救い出そうと立ち上がる！
