Richie Jen (Punished) is paired with fellow singer Tengger (A Mongolian Tale) as dueling con artists in Scheme with Me, a period caper comedy set in the tumultuous times of early 20th century China. The second feature film from promising young director Pan Anzi (Volunteer) also features Korean actor/singer Yoo Seung Jun (He-Man) as a Shanghai mob boss, Mainland starlet Xiong Naijin as a cat burglar, and Hong Kong actress Yvonne Yung as a bandit queen.

War and chaos plagued China in the early years of the Republic era. Two master swindlers, "Ghost Face" (Richie Jen) and "Stone Buddha" (Tengger) are sworn enemies drawn together in a daring plot to steal a trainload of gold that the Japanese conspirators used to fund Chinese warlord Admiral Wang (Jiu Kong). But the duo are not the only people coveting the mammoth treasure - on their way to the remote northwestern desert town where the gold is headed, they encounter a host of people, each with their own agenda but all trying to outwit one another with their schemes and schemes-within-schemes...

　　民國初年，中國軍閥陷入混戰。上海黑幫老大林嘯天（劉承俊飾）得到情報，日本軍將給軍閥王大帥（九孔飾）二十箱金子作為抵抗北伐軍的資金。不願放過發財的好機會，林嘯天先後找上“不動石佛”（騰格爾飾）和 “鬼臉”(任賢齊飾），計畫從日軍手中奪取這批金子。但實際上不動石佛和鬼臉是宿敵，因此計劃偷金的同時，兩人間先展開一場大戰。更麻煩的還在後頭，綽號“餃子”（熊乃瑾飾）的竊賊愛上了鬼臉…。
