歡迎來到罪惡之都
不久的未來，日圓曾是世界上最強勢的貨幣。為了一尋發財夢而來到日本的外國人們，將那裡稱為「圓都」，而日本人則將這些住在日本的非法勞動者蔑稱為「圓盜」。居住在圓都的無名少女在母親死後，被輾轉流連在醜惡的大人們之間，最後被胸前刺著蝴蝶刺青、有著美好歌聲的妓女「固力果」給收留。固力果最後將這名無名少女命名為「燕尾蝶」。他們倆人安居在廢棄修理站，並結識了火飛鴻、狼朗等來自不同國家的圓盜，眾人的命運開始擁有不同的展開……。
