태양의 2014년 단독 콘서트와 음반 활동 영상을 담은 DVD <2014 TAEYANG [RISE] COLLECTION>이 전격 발매된다.

오는 2월 4일 발매 예정인 태양의 DVD는 총 3개의 DISC로 이루어져 있으며, 지난해 단독 콘서트 영상을 담은 ‘2014 TAEYANG CONCERT [RISE]’와 솔로 음반 활동 당시 영상을 담은 ‘[RISE] ALBUM MEMORIAL COLLECTION’으로 구성되어 있다. 특히 이번 DVD에는 공연라이브 영상뿐만 아니라 콘서트 멀티 앵글, 메이킹 필름을 담은 ‘SPECIAL FEATURES’ 섹션과 댄스 스팟, 팬미팅 현장 영상 등의 다양한 볼거리가 수록되어 있어 팬들의 기대를 모으고 있다.

이 외에도 DVD 세트는 태양의 사진이 담긴 북클릿 (120p)과 포스터, 스티커, 그리고 스케쥴러와 노트를 포함한 알찬 구성으로 이루어져 있다.

태양은 지난해 발표한 정규2집 ‘RISE’의 타이틀 곡 ‘눈,코,입’이 국내외 음원차트를 석권하면서 큰 사랑을 받았으며, 2014 멜론 뮤직어워드 베스트송상, MAMA 올해의 노래상, SBS 가요대전 남자 솔로가수상 등을 휩쓸며 솔로 아티스트로서 입지를 굳건히 했다.
