Three decades after the original The Yuppie Fantasia sung the everyday man's woes of love, marriage and temptation in modern Hong Kong, Lawrence Cheng returns to write, direct and star in the hit relationship comedy series' third installment. The Yuppie Fantasia 3 reacquaints audiences with Cheng's 52-year-old Leung Foon, the "small man" of yesteryear who has since become a rich, demanding and successful businessman. Foon's only regret is that his wife Ann (Carol Cheng), who left him years ago, can't see how much he has grown. However, Foon hasn't changed much when it comes to romantic misadventures, as he carries on a fling with his much younger secretary (Chrissie Chau). When his 21-year-old daughter (Laurine Tang), whom he hasn't seen since she was eight, suddenly shows up one day with news of her mother's death, Foon is forced to finally reassess himself and his follies.

Product Information

Leung Foon, 52 years old, his life experienced three waves:
1. when Ann made him from a boy into a man that day,
2. he married Ann and became a wife slave,
3. Ann took away their 8-year-old daughter and left him alone.

After these three storms, Leung Foon becomes a Male Chauvinist. Now, he is the fair-haired boy of the chairman in a listed company. He will do anything to make money without guilty. The property he has is enough for him to live without worries. One thing that Leung Foon regrets is Ann cannot see his “growth”. After Leung Foon becomes rich, he is afraid to face himself in the mirror.

The 4th storm for Leung Foon is his daughter Hay-hay’s sudden return, he doesn’t know how to be a father for a daughter with plump figure. In Leung Foon’s memory, Hay-hay was just an 8-years-old girl. Hay-hay’s return changes Foon has the courage to go young and wayward again.
