　　在荊州團聚的劉備三兄弟終於有了暫時的棲身之地，而劉備的仁義心腸和以民為本的做法，讓他聲名遠播，名滿天下。除了有驍勇善戰的關張二將、智勇雙全的趙雲效忠之外，劉備還三顧茅廬，請來足智多謀的諸葛亮相助，但關張二將對於諸葛亮的能力卻一直抱有存疑之心，而聰明如諸葛亮也以『三把火』證明了他的不凡與價值，亦燒出武將們的赤膽忠心。

　　此時，曹操再次舉兵南下，誓言『先取荊州，再下江東』，以期統一中國。面對曹操的精兵鐵蹄，逃也逃不了、打也打不贏的劉備進退維谷，就在這燃眉之際，諸葛亮提出與江東孫權聯盟的計策。因為孫權雖然弱小、軍隊數量也比不上曹操，但卻擁有天時地利人和之便，再加上曹操的北方軍隊並不擅長水戰，若是兩軍結盟，只要善用此點優勢，就有可能以小搏大，力抗曹營。

　　諸葛亮接受劉備的命令出使江東，說服孫權結盟抗曹，但此時東吳內部『主戰派』與『主和派』意見分歧，諸葛亮於是舌戰群儒、智激孫權、周瑜，最後孫權在魯肅與周瑜的權衡利弊之下，拔劍斷几，下定決心與劉備聯盟，傾全東吳之力與曹操決一死戰，三國時代的第二場大戰–赤壁之戰的序幕就此揭開！

Regarding Aspect Ration 1:78 Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I have a 50'' plasma TV. Before buying this product I would like to know if the screen format of this version is really 1:78 as indicated by the Technical Information above.
I own the other China version of the same series, in which the aspect ratio is not 1:78 but 1.33 and was meant only for the 4:3 TVS, it would not fit in entirely with any wide screen TV, there are black bars surrounding all four sides and took off 50% of the screen. I really love this show and wanner see this show on my TV for once fit in completely without any black bars. Please let me know if the aspect ratio is really 1:78 as stated and it WILL fit in a 16:9 wide screen plasma without black bars on four sides.
