Based on the manga by Haru, the 2023 Japanese BL series Tokyo in April is... is a second chance romance story starring Gekidan EXILE's Sakurai Yuki and Bullet Train's Takamatasu Aloha. Takizawa Kazuma (Sakurai Yuki) returns from America to Japan for the first time in ten years. He joins an advertising agency and re-encounters his junior high friend and first love Ishihara Ren (Takamatsu Aloha). Kazuma is happy to reunite with Ren but for some reason, Ren acts aloof and avoids talking about their school days. One night, the two reignite their relationship again.

This edition comes with a booklet and a bonus disc of special features.

＜ストーリー＞10 年ぶりにアメリカから帰国した滝沢和真は、新入社員として入社した広告代理店で中学時代の親友、そして初めての相手である石原蓮と再会する。
