June 15, 2007 girls clothingWhen 10 people say this book is good, there's a good reason they all agree.
Plenty of tops and skirts, a couple of trousers/shorts and even a HOODIE! the hoodie is amazingly simple to sew. If you like making clothes for your little girl, get this, if you haven't sewn anything for her, START now, this book makes you wanna do so.

June 15, 2007 Great for inspirationThis book is gonna make your head spin with the amazing pictures!
There are NO patterns and projects, but there are LOADS of ideas to follow upon. From bright white places to more country-brownish kitchens, the pictures really do the trick. If you're looking for inspiration, get it, if you need detailed projects, don't.

June 15, 2007 Go HomeGREAT! this really makes you wanna go home and make more of it.
I mark it excellent because i love it but come to think of it, it doesn't have that many projects (for that, buy the book with the bird mobile on the cover) but if you want simple projects to turn your home into a warm place, get the collection. simple things like adding a wood panel to an existing wall is a favorite.Did you find this review helpful? June 15, 2007 Petite but Cuteok, so if you're looking for patchwork patterns and small projects to keep your hands busy, start HERE.
The book is really thin, and its on a A5 size so it fits perfectlly on your handbag and you can take it everywhere (Craft Cafe, ring a bell?) to work on them little projects. June 15, 2007 Loved by allAgain, one of my favorites! super easy to make dresses and tops. i suggest you make one as a trial in an old cheap fabric so you can get used to the seam allowance (or remove it). Beautiful Handmade Skirts (With Paper Pattern)

June 15, 2007 Yay for SkirtsThis is one of my fave books. ALL the skirts are amazing, and the instruction pages are really detailed and easy to follow.
Some are a bit hard to sew due to exquisite details but there are a few easy patterns that you can make and then move on to the harder ones when you're more comfortable with the sewing. I LOVE it.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
