Starring Joo Won (Good Doctor), Kim Tae Hee (Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love), Chae Jung Ahn (A New Leaf) and Jo Hyun Jae (49 Days), the hit drama swept myriad prizes at the 8th Korea Drama Awards, 23rd SBS Drama Awards, Grimae Awards 2015, 4th APAN Star Awards and 2015 Hallyu Awards.

Severely in debt because of his sister's medical bills, skilled surgeon Kim Tae Hyun (Joo Won) secretly earns money on the side as an infamous black-market quack nicknamed "Yong Pal" who treats criminals and corrupt tycoons. The heir to a large conglomerate, Han Yeo Jin (Kim Tae Hee) has been put in a coma by her stepbrother Han Do Joon (Jo Hyun Jae), who yearns for her inheritance. Tae Hyun gets transferred to the VIP ward to watch over the comatose heiress, but he decides to save her instead. With the help of Do Joon's wife (Chae Jung Ahn), Tae Hyun manages to flee the hospital with Yeo Jin who is determined to take revenge on her enemies.
