YesAsia 2015 Bestsellers - Japanese Music

Arashi returned to claim the crown as the champ of J-pop this past year with a stunning showing on our J-pop bestsellers' lists, including the No. 1 album, three top-ten singles and not one, not two, but three top-ten concert releases. All of these combined to make Arashi, once again, our best-selling J-pop artist.

Despite releasing just one single and one concert, EXO impressively stands as our No. 2 best-selling artist. The hugely popular group is joined by fellow K-pop idols Infinite, APink, BTS, Girls' Generation, Super Junior, SHINee and AOA in a now-firmly-established Hallyu contingent in J-pop.

Arashi's Johnny's Entertainment compatriot Hey! Say! JUMP and Japan's favorite girl group AKB48 round out our list of top ten best-selling artists, while much-loved divas Hamasaki Ayumi and Amuro Namie have three top-ten albums between them.

The below rankings are based on Japanese music sales on YesAsia.com from January 1 to December 31, 2015.
