2010年韓國影壇最矚目的復仇片，非由大腕金知雲執導的《看見惡魔》莫屬。螫伏兩年，金知雲再次夥拍《風塵三俠決戰地獄門》李秉憲，配上《原罪犯》蜚聲國際的影帝崔岷植，影片講述殺人狂魔和因他失去未婚妻之痛而展開以牙還牙的報復故事。崔岷植所扮演的連環殺人犯是個披著人皮的惡魔，李秉憲則成為了即使成為惡魔也在所不計的悲劇角色，兩位韓國首席男星一正一邪的演出真正展現他們的表演實力；片中既血腥又暴戾的虐殺場面和處心積慮的復仇情節，令觀眾看得毛骨悚然，其中過於殘忍的場面曾兩度遭到禁止上映。影片先後獲邀在辛丹斯、多倫多、香港國際電影節各大影展放映，2011年3月更在美國正式上映，吸引了眾影迷的目光。
敬哲(崔岷植飾)是一位狂凶極惡的暴徒、以姦殺和虐殺女性為樂，曾犯下多宗連環兇殺案，手法兇殘得難以想像；縱然警方佈下天羅地網，敬哲依然逍遙法外。一天，一名退休警長的女兒珠妍，成為了他的獵物，最後被發現以恐怖狀碎屍河邊，他的特工未婚夫休玄(李秉憲飾)決意親手捉拿敬哲的惡徒，用盡一切辦法，最後成為惡魔與復仇者之間，只是一線之差……
