The catchy pop love song DEAR MY LOVER is the theme song of the spring 2023 TBS romcom series The Third Finger Offered to a King starring Yamada Ryosuke. Meanwhile, Ura Omote is the theme song of Yamada's 2022 Fuji TV series My Dearest Self with Malice Aforethought. The song's theme reflects the drama's main character who has a dual personality.

This edition comes with a 16-page lyrics booklet and a DVD containing DEAR MY LOVER music video and making-of.
