Twelve teens gather at an abandoned hospital with a common mission: collective suicide. But in the closed room of the hospital, they encounter the body of a 13th person who appears to have died of unnatural causes. With their secret suicide plan disrupted, the twelve teens begin to search for the cause and culprit. Is the killer among them?
