Having already inspired multiple film remakes across Asia, Miss Granny makes it to television in the 2018 Chinese series 20 Once Again. The comedy-drama about an elderly woman who magically reverts to her 20-year-old self was previously adapted into a same-titled Chinese film in 2015. The 26-episode TV version fleshes out the story with more characters and details. This time, it's not just the troubled granny who gets to experience her youth again; her hubby does as well! What will happen when this husband and wife of 50 years face each other as 20-year-olds and compete against each other in a music competition? Hu Bingqing (Beauties in the Closet) and Kuei Ya Lei, who also starred in the film version of 20 Once Again, play the heroine at different ages while Elvis Han (Wu Xin: The Monster Killer) and Chin Han play her husband.
