  • Accounting Assistant (Ref.: AC/13/04/YAYS) (Post Date: 2018-04-13)

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in financial accounting function in the Accounts Payable Section
    • Handle data checking, data entry and provide routine accounting support to the department
    • Take part in the month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules and report
    • Handle general accounting clerical duties and filing
    • Handling ad hoc duties assigned
    Requirements:
    • Diploma in accounting or relevant discipline

    • Plan, develop and implement PR strategies

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for user support and system maintenance which includes MS Windows Servers, Active Directory and other network support for Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and China offices
    • Communicate with users and trouble-shooting their problems including hardware and software
    • Monitor system backup and recovery execution
    Requirements:
    • Diploma or Degree holder
    • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and common desktop applications
    • Experience in Linux is preferred but not compulsory
    • At least 1 year experience in system administration and end user support (Fresh graduates will be considered)
    • Good interpersonal skills. Be able to communicate with all level of end-users
