    Objective of the Position:
    • To assist HR & Administration Director with duties including but not limited to employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, and employee training and development.
    Key Accountabilities:
    • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, and conducting on-boarding process.
    • Keep informed of recruiting best practices and pay trends of key competitors to facilitate HR management, and help them react to market changes promptly for effective talent attraction and retention.
    • Review and develop recruitment policy and procedure, and ensure that the team maintains a professional standard with its hiring services.
    • Drive active candidates through multiple sourcing channels (e.g., Linked-in) and methods to build a talent pool for the company.
