Blockbuster director Miki Takahiro (TANG) adapts the novel Akira to Akira by Ikeido Jun who is known for corporate-themed hits like Downtown Rocket and Hanzawa Naoki. Takeuchi Ryoma and Yokohama Ryusei star as rival bankers with the same name but opposite backgrounds navigating the tumultuous tides of the corporate and finance sector. Kamishirashi Moka, Okuda Eiji, Eguchi Yosuke and Mitsushima Shinnosuke co-star in Akira and Akira.

Yamazaki Akira (Takeuchi Ryoma) experienced hardships from a young age when the provincial factory managed by his father went bankrupt. Kaido Akira (Yokohama Ryusei) comes from a rich family but he rejects a leadership position at his family's conglomerate. Both Akiras join one of Japan's biggest banks at the same time and become fierce rivals at work due to their differences in values. Yamazaki gets demoted for sticking to his beliefs while Kaido gets drawn into his family's internal strife. As the Kaido Group stands on the brink of bankruptcy, Akira and Akira's fates intersect.

This edition comes with a 20-page booklet and a bonus DVD of special features including making-of, event footage, film release SP and web videos.

【ストーリー】
