The girls of Nogizaka46 pick up a traditional Japanese martial art in the live-action adaptation of Kozaki Ai's award-winning manga Asahinagu. Directed by Hanabusa Tsutomu (No Longer Heroine), the film stars the idols as high school girls training in naginata, a traditional Japanese bladed pole weapon. Nishino Nanase takes the lead role of freshman Tojima Asahi, a timid girl who joins her school's naginata club because of its inspiring message that even those with poor athletic abilities can shake the nation. Together with the other club members, she goes through a hellish training process to overcome her physical and mental weaknesses and aim for the nationals.

This edition comes with a booklet and two bonus discs of special features.
