Supercop Ying Xiong (Mark Chao) returns! The relentless pursuer of justice, whose story was first told on the mega-hit 2009 TV series, is back for a second go-around on the big screen in Black & White: The Dawn Of Justice, again directed by Tsai Yueh Hsun. This time, he's paired with Chen Zhen (Lin Gengxin, Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon), a smart-alecky detective from Harbor City's eastern district. Soon after meeting for the first time, the reluctant makeshift partners run into Ying Xiong's old friend, small-time crook Xu Da Fu (Huang Bo, Breakup Buddies) – now strapped to a bomb. The three find themselves thrust in a terrorist plot masterminded by the frighteningly nihilistic Lan Xi En (Tsai Yueh Hsun).

Panic spreads the whole city as a series of bomb explosions happen within hours and this is just the beginning of a tight-knit conspiracy.

Righteous and impulsive police offer WU Ying-xiong, a hero in the harbor City, is paired up with the intelligent but arrogant loner CHEN Zhen to track down the mastermind behind the bombing incidents.
