Based on the BL manga of the same name by Narashima Sachi, Cosmetic Playlover is a workplace romance about two male beauty consultants portrayed by Okuno So (Kamen Rider Zi-O) and Toyoda Yudai (Father of the Milkyway Railroad). Hardworking beauty consultant Mamiya Natsume (Okuno So) and his junior Sahashi Toma (Toyoda Yudai) are paired up by the company to do sales together. Despite his good looks and talent, Sahashi has an arrogant attitude that gives Natsume headaches. When Sahashi finds out Natsume's secret, he uses it as leverage... to kiss Natsume!
