- Not receiving our emails or newsletters?
- Some email services and email client software have filters that automatically classify incoming emails as "spam" (junk unsolicited email). Based on certain words present in the email message, your email service (your ISP, or other web-based email services such as Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail) or the email software that you are using may classify our emails, newsletters, and product alerts as "spam". To properly receive our FREE newsletters, product alerts, and email reminders, we recommend the following:
- Upon the first receipt of our newsletter or email alerts, please make sure to add the email address indicated at the "From: " field into your address book.
- Please also add our domain address (@e.yesasia.com, @e.yesasia.com.hk, @e.yesasia.co.jp) into the allowed list of senders/incoming email of your email software (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape Mail, Pegasus, etc.) , if it has such feature(s) installed.
- If you still cannot locate our email(s) in your Inbox, please kindly check it on any folder named "Junk", "Spam", "Filtered/Blocked", or even at the Trash/Bin folder. After seeing our email there, please kindly mark it as "not spam" or "report as not spam". There is an option to do this from the functions provided by your email account service (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).
- If you see any of our domain address showing on the blacklist (unallowed/blocked list of senders) of your email client/email account service provider, please remove our domain address from the blacklist. If you wish to unsubscribe to our emails, please follow the proper steps recommended below.
- And lastly, please do not report our emails as "spam" in your email account. If you wish to unsubscribe to our emails, please follow the proper steps recommended below.
If you wish to unsubscribe to our service, please use the proper unsubscription methods, and please do not classify our emails as "spam".To unsubscribe from all YesAsia.com email subscriptions, please go to the Manage My Subscriptions page. You can also update/customize your email preference with us at anytime you like, by logging into My Account.
