- I placed an order using store credit, and used enough store credit to cover my order. I was asked to provide my credit card information as an additional payment method, but then found my credit card billed for an additional US$2. Why did that happen?
The US$2 amount you refer to represents an authorization or "pending" amount and is required by our third-party payment gateway to process your order. This authorization is not an actual transaction and will not be billed to your credit card. It should be removed from your credit card statement within several business days, depending on your credit card issuing bank's policies and procedures.
