  • What should I do if I discover that my PS3 is defective?
  • If you receive a defective game console, please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization number (RMA) . Manufacturer's warranty service is provided if the product failure occurs during normal usage of the game console, provided that it is unmodified and in its original configuration, and we are notified within 14 days of product delivery. In these cases, also return the original packaging and all included parts, accessories, and paperwork. YesAsia.com will be liable for the shipping cost, inspection cost, and repair fee.

    If you discover that your game console is defective more than 14 days after receiving it, you can still request a return authorization number (RMA), but manufacturer's warranty service may not apply, and you may be liable for return shipping costs and repair fees. Also, please make sure to return the manufacturer's official Repair Request Form or Warranty Card, which is included with your system.
