  • Why are the refund proceeds not equal to the price of the item?
  • This will happen only if you have enjoyed YesAsia.com's Free Shipping Offer with your original shipment. If you return some of the items in your original shipment and the total order amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for the remaining items since the order is not eligible for free shipping anymore. In cases wherein all the items in the order are returned to us, we will charge the total order's shipping cost. All required shipping charges will be subtracted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance of the refund amount will then be credited to your YesAsia account.

    If your order was not shipped under the Free Shipping Offer, no refund will be arranged for the shipping and handling fee paid. However, we will definitely arrange to refund the item's entire price to your YesAsia Account.
