Delivery Time
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula: Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.
The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the "availability" range of the items in your order. The Expected Ship Out Date is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Time Product availability Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method
We calculate our "Estimated Delivery Time" by adding the time it needs for your requested products to arrive our warehouses from our suppliers (please refer to the "Availability" information on the product page of your selected item) and the time it will approximately take to ship to your designated addresses.
Product Availability is a measure of how long it will take for an item to be ready to ship to a customer. For example, if an item has a Product Availability of 3-5 days, then after the order is placed, it will take 3-5 days before that item is ready to ship out. Please note that Product Availability DOES NOT indicate how long it will take an item or order to reach the customer. Actual delivery time is dependent on the Shipping Method selected as well as other factors.
Shipping times depend on the chosen Shipping Method and your location - see Shipping Table
(Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating estimated delivery time)
