Help Topics
- What if my order contains pre-order item(s)?
- For pre-order item(s) that will release within the next 14 days from the date when your order is approved, it will automatically be grouped into the next available shipment. If there is no next available shipment, the release date of the pre-order item will be the estimated ship out date. However, if the pre-order item(s) is/are scheduled to release beyond 14 days from the date when order is approved, it will be treated as a separate shipment (we recommend that customers should choose the split shipment option in order to shorten the waiting time for other items within your order.)
