- Why have the items in my shopping cart/wish list disappeared?
- Customers should log in before adding any item to the shopping cart/wish list. If you add any item(s) before logging in, the cart/wishlist will revert to its previous contents (empty or otherwise) from last time you logged in.
The setting of your browser may affect your shopping cart/wish list as well. You should enable 'Cookies' on your browser:
To Enable 'Cookies'
For Microsoft Internet Explorer
1. From the toolbar at the top, choose 'Tools'
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Click on the 'Security' tab
4. Click on 'Internet'
5. Choose the 'Default' level
For Netscape browsers
1. Select 'Edit'
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Select 'Advanced'
4. Select 'Accept all cookies' (or 'Enable all cookies')
5. Click 'OK'
