- Can I enter my shipping address in Chinese/Japanese?
- Yes. You are welcome to enter your shipping address in Chinese/Japanese during the order-placing procedure. You may receive system emails with corrupted shipping addresses, but it should be no problem as the HTML encoding in emails may not support specific languages only. However, the system's record will usually not be affected. If there is any problem with your shipping address, our Customer Service Representative will contact you before the order is shipped.
