- YesAsia.com's email replies are in HTML. For Chinese or Japanese languages, customers can follow the below steps to encode the content. Internet Explorer
View > Decode > Unicode (UTF-8)FireFox
View > Character Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8)Netscape Users
Go to Options/View to change the encoding accordingly.
