Nicholas Tse and Jacky Cheung are on the Customs Frontline in the 2024 Hong Kong action film directed by Herman Yau! Hong Kong's Customs and Excise Department is one of the city's major law enforcement agencies responsible for investigating crimes such as smuggling, drug trafficking and money laundering. Nic Tse and Jacky Cheung play customs officers dealing with an arms smuggling ring. Karena Lam, Cya Liu and Francis Ng co-star in the film along with Michelle Yim, Kenny Kwan, Ben Yuen, Shek Sau, Carlos Chan, Michael Wai and Amanda Strang.

Chow Ching Lai (Nicholas Tse) works at Customs and has a good relationship with his superior and mentor Cheung Wan Nam (Jacky Cheung). Despite pressure from above including his girlfriend (Karena Lam) who is an assistant commissioner, Cheung recommends Ching Lai for a joint operation with Interpol concerning a major arms smuggling case. Ching Lai works with Thai intelligence agent Ying (Cya Liu) to infiltrate the arms trade network and track down the mastermind known as Dr. Raw. However, Dr. Raw strikes back and ambushes a Customs warehouse.
