i love it Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
i love this film i think jessie and 'tai yung' are a very good on screen couple there is definately chemistry there and i like the croim story lines they are very good. personally i think the last series ruined it a bit as it used completey different actresses, which i thought was a bit of a shame as it might as well be a different drama. my best has to be the first three series

Brilliant Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is a great series. I like the storyline and all the characters involved. I've watched this many times already but always find the ending to be very sad.

Post production work - Good or Bad ? Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
It's funny the way Hong Kong film industry archive their old TVB series. They cut this and they chop that. Yes, the film might be old, and the final product will be restored, so the audience could enjoy watching the series closest to its original film quality. I appreciate their post-production work. But some TVB series are so well-produced, well-casted well-acted, and along with a brilliant story line, such as The Legend of the Condor Hero series and The Shell Game (with Lisa Wang), that the audience want
to capture the series in its entirety. Even though
the shows are dated, some viewers are able to recall a certain funny scene or an exciting fighting sequence because the series are so good that they could tell if certain parts are missing. One of my favorites is The Shell Game ( The King of Kings ) starring Lisa Wang. She sings the most classic & mesmerizing theme song that I am sure no one would have trouble identifying it. My question is how they decide what scenes to delete, hopefully the boring ones. But this is what's upsetting the audience. They want to enjoy the whole show, boring or not. Now, comparing the old HK series
with the American movies. We could always enjoy "The Collector's Edition" for many American movies, with
fabulous goodies, such as deleted scenes, hilarious
outtakes, behind the scenes, director's commentaries,
photo gallery, extended scenes, DTS surround sound, just to name a few. But I guess it would not be fair to compare the movie industry from a small country like HK, with the USA, all due to a question of budget.
But my point is that we can always expect much MORE from old American films, whereas LESS is expected from the HK version of old TVB series. I am also hoping that HK should start investing in DVD's instead of VCD's.

My View for Detective Investigation Files2 Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Detective Investigation Files 2 as a sequel to the first one continues with more excellent files solves by both Michael Tao and Joey Leung. There's also a relationship begining for both Michael's and Kenix's characters as they become boyfriend and girlfriend which leads to the two getting married and also shows how Kenix's character Jessie losses her memory at the end of part 2 which serves as a continuation for part3. I hope that yesasia will release part3 of this trilogy as I look forward to completing my collection.
