    The popular Taiwan gay romance web series HIStory returns in 2019 with its third installment! With the series growing bigger and better with each season, HIStory3 expands considerably in length with its first story Trapped. Directed by Lee Ching Jung (HIStory2: Right or Wrong), the crime romance series stars Jake Hsu (Close Your Eyes Before It's Dark) and former Super 131 member Chris Wu Cheng Yang as a police officer and a mobster who fall in love.

    An incident four years ago resulted in the deaths of a police officer and a mob boss. The lone survivor, gangster Tang Yi (Chris Wu), claimed that he did not see what happened. With no other evidence available, the case was never solved. Since then, impulsive police officer Meng Xiao Fei (Jake Hsu) has been relentlessly monitoring, investigating and badgering Tang Yi who inherited the gang leader position. Xiao Fei is certain that the gangster knows more than he's letting on; meanwhile, Tang Yi is trying to transition the syndicate into legal businesses. Their contentious yet familiar relationship begins to change when they get abducted one day and have to work together to escape. With conflicts brewing in the underworld and Tang Yi being targeted by a mystery enemy, the two see each other even more often and become increasingly drawn to each other.

However, when he sees his superiors sacrificing family, love and friendship to give all their time to work, he sees a future that he doesn't want. After his grandfather collapses from illness, Jun Long returns to his hometown and rediscovers the value of his family's neighborhood grocery store. Here, the lonely can stop for a chat, the short on cash can buy on credit, kids can wait for their parents after school, and those coming home from work can see a beacon of light at night. Despite the competition from shopping malls, Jun Long resolutely decides to carry on with Yong-Jiu Grocery Store and make a new path of his own.
