  • Wine War (2017) (Blu-ray) (Hong Kong Version) Blu-ray Region A Leon Lai (Actor, Director) | Zhang Han Yu (Actor) | Du Juan (Actor) | Wang Yao Qing (Actor)
Pop king Leon Lai makes his directorial debut with the crime action film Wine War. Leon himself co-stars with award-winning actor Zhang Hanyu (Manhunt) in the France-set mystery thriller involving old friends, vineyard feuds and a wine recipe that dates back to the days of Kublai Khan.

Childhood buddies Zhang Shui (Zhang Hanyu) and Waley (Leon Lai) lived at the same orphanage when they were young. Waley was adopted to France and grew up into a wine connoisseur while Shui stayed in China and never amounted to much. Years later, Shui suddenly travels to France and asks for Waley's help to bid for a bottle of red wine called "The God of Wine." At Chateau Khan, Waley encounters the beautiful and mysterious auction organizer Yvonne (Du Juan) and buyers Lu (Huang Shanghe) and Fang (Wang Yaoqing), a brutish tycoon who is connected to Zhang. What seems like a simple auction turns out be an elaborate ruse that quickly turns dangerous.

  • Zombiology: Enjoy Yourself Tonight (2017) (Blu-ray) (Hong Kong Version) Blu-ray Region A Michael Ning (Actor) | Louis Cheung (Actor) | Carrie Ng (Actor) | Venus Wong (Actor)
Hong Kong cinema bites into the zombie genre with the oddball horror comedy Zombiology: Enjoy Yourself Tonight. Michael Ning, who won a slew of awards for his supporting role in Port of Call, and Louis Cheung (Keeper of Darkness) rise to leading men status as the unlikely heroes of Alan Wai's directorial debut. Based on a popular novel, the film throws two hopeless young men against a zombie outbreak. Young actresses Cherry Ngan (The Way We Dance) and Venus Wong (GIRL$) and veterans Alex Man and Carrie Ng also appear in Zombiology.

Buddies Lone (Michael Ning) and Yeung (Louis Cheung) like to think of themselves as heroes who will save the world, but in reality they're just eccentric and immature dreamers who can't get their lives together. Lone, in particular, is faced with the threat of eviction, a depressed mother (Carrie Ng) and the impending return of his estranged father (Alex Man) who is getting released from jail. On top of all that: zombies. When the undead begin popping up and proliferating in Hong Kong, Lone decides the time has come for him to stand. Armed with homemade weapons, Lone and Yeung, along with a nerdy girl (Cherry Ngan) and an action star (Venus Wong), form the most unlikely of teams to take on the grave responsibility of fighting the zombies.

Despite the irrefutable evidence against Kwang Il, Yi Do is pressured to release him and even gets suspended from the force. North Korean police officer Lee Dae Beom (Park Hee Soon), who secretly enters the South, joins Yi Do to track down the serial killer.
