Starting in 2017, the Heaven's Feel route of the Fate/stay night visual novel game is being adapted into a trilogy of animated films by director Sudo Tomonori and studio Ufotable, which also handled the Unlimited Blade Works series. The trilogy closes in on the truth of the Holy Grail War through the story of Emiya Shiro and Mato Sakura.

Following Presage Flower, the second chapter Lost Butterfly continues down the dark road of fate. Despite experiencing grave setbacks in the first film, Shiro resolves to keep fighting in the Holy Grail War. When he returns home, he finds that Sakura is in danger. In the ensuing conflicts, Sakura's true identity is revealed.

This edition comes with an acrylic stand and a bonus disc with stage greeting footage.
