Kamiki Ryunosuke takes on his first romantic leading role in the film adaptation of Eternal Zero writer Hyakuta Naoki's 2014 novel Fortuna no Hitomi. Directed by Miki Takahiro (My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday), Fortuna's Eye marks the popular young actor's fourth collaboration with March Comes in Like a Lion co-star Arimura Kasumi and their first time playing lovers.

Kiyama Shinichiro (Kamiki Ryunosuke) lost his family to an airplane disaster at a young age. Lacking friends, he has always lived a lonely life on his own. One day, he discovers that he has the ability to see through the bodies of people who will die soon. Around this time, he meets and falls in love with Kiryu Aoi (Arimura Kasumi). Just as Shinichiro is enjoying a happiness he has never known before, he realizes that Aoi is beginning to turn transparent.
