After donning period costume for The Sword and the Chess of Death, Tony Sun of 5566 returns to idol drama territory with FTV's new drama Full Count. He's even reunited with his Mr. Fighting co-star, Sweety starlet Joanne Zeng, along with rising heartthrob Andy Chen (My Son is a Mob Boss) and 7 Flowers' Joyce Zhao (Smiling Pasta). Refreshing and lighthearted, this baseball-themed romantic drama is adapted from a popular online novel by prolific Taiwanese writer Giddens. The title, Full Count, is a baseball reference, comparing romance to batting with a full count. Swing with care - your next move determines everything!

Li Ke (Andy Chen) and Meng Xue (Tony Sun) are both huge fans of the Macoto Cobra (a team in Taiwan's professional baseball league). Ke, in particular, is apathetic about everything except baseball. He is just a normal guy working a dead end retail job, harboring a crush on his supervisor Wen Zi (Joyce Zhao). Finally, after a year Ke decides to confess his love to Wen Zi, but an unpredictable series of events causes him to match up with mini toy store clerk Xiao Xue (Joanne Zeng). Wen Zi meanwhile encounters the ever popular Meng Xue (Tony Sun).

為了要向文姿﹙趙虹喬飾﹚告白，阿克﹙陳奕飾﹚接受了店長『地獄搭訕百人斬』的建議，走上街頭搭訕100個女孩，以訓練自己的膽識。

同一天生日的小雪﹙曾之喬飾﹚和文姿，在生日前一晚都遇到了冒牌『塔羅牌大師』，斷言在生日當天會遇到自己的真命天子，陰錯陽差之下，扭蛋女孩小雪成了阿克第100個搭訕對象，她興奮地拿出『愛的小手銬』銬住了阿克，阿克因此失去了向文姿告白的機會！而文姿百般期待『塔羅牌大師』所說的真命天子，出現在面前的不是心儀的阿克，卻是所有女生愛慕，但她不愛的賣場小開孟學﹙孫協志飾﹚，即便孟學對文姿使出花海攻勢和生日告白，文姿依舊不為所動…

阿克被妖怪小雪黏上！還被迫演變成莫名其妙的「同居」狀態，但他始終不放棄對文姿告白，可是天不從人願，每次告白的緊要關頭，總會有一些因素打斷阿克。小雪自認得了『缺乏幸福病』，遇到阿克，她終於感到幸福的降臨，酷愛轉扭蛋占卜運勢的她，也開始轉到象徵幸運的大吉大利蛙扭蛋。即使知道阿克已經有了喜歡的女孩，她也不會刻意破壞，但是沒想到自己卻成為文姿和阿克漸行漸遠的導火線。

孟學對文姿的好，其實文姿都看在眼裡，但她的心底…容不下這個自命不凡的男人，她等待的是阿克的平凡淡泊與善良熱情。追求文姿不成，孟學終於向他看不起的「工蜂」阿克攤牌，他嘲諷阿克毫無進取之心、事業上更是一點成就也沒有，像他和文姿這種在金字塔頂端呼吸的人，才是天生一對。受了刺激與羞辱的阿克，為了要向文姿證明自己是個可以依靠的男人，在工作態度上有了180度的大轉變。原本單純的阿克轉變了他的性情，讓原本喜歡他的文姿，感到傷心與失望…

在小雪的鼓勵下，阿克越做越好，但這並沒有讓阿克與文姿有更進一步的發展。反而使得文姿誤會阿克與小雪的關係，阿克又在無意間誤會孟學和文姿有親密關係，即便那一切都是孟學搞的鬼。阿克和文姿雙方心裡互有陰影，但卻沒有人要將誤會解開，導致原本互相吸引的兩人越走越遠…。最後，陪在這個棒球男孩身邊的，會是心目中的女神、還是擺脫不了的妖怪呢？！情場高手孟學，又會為愛情付出什麼代價？！
