Heaven from start to finish! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
When hearing this album for the first time, I was immediately entranced by the music. It sounded so different from anything I heard in the past. Immediately, I decided to buy the album right away! And since then, I have not regretted it.
To me, the music displayed here was exceptionally beautiful. It went through my veins, reached into my soul and put a subtle calm feeling I just can't describe. I never knew music could make me feel this way...a bunch of emotions attacking me at once. At first, I thought something was wrong with me! And yet, once I thought about it...I realized only true artists are capable of doing that to a person. And Miss Koda is truly a gifted artist.
Within this album, each track had its own indidivual story, its different style of music, and its own impact within the listeners' hearts. Personally, I just loved the effort she put into this album. You can tell she put her heart and soul into it, which makes the work more enjoyable if you ask me. There isn't a single song I dislike, but the ones that impacted me the most were: "real Emotion", "BOY FRIEND", "1000 no Kotoba" "Pearl Moon", "S.O.S.", "To be one" "Nasty girl" and finally, "Love Across The Ocean".
I loved this album very much. I can't find myself skipping a single track, the quality of it is extremely high from start to finish.
Overall, a terrific album to own for any Koda fan.

My First Kuu-Album Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This was the very first Koda Kumi album I had ever purchased and I purchased it back in 2003 when she released 'real Emotion'. The moment I heard her singing the music for Final Fantasy X-2, I was hooked.

At first I only bought this album for 'real Emotion' and '1000 no Kotoba', but I ended up falling in love with the ENTIRE album!

This is still my favourite Koda Kumi album to date - am I being biased? Maybe. But I've never heard a Koda Kumi song I didn't like!

BOY FRIEND? and Ranhansha are still two of my favourite tracks. I've listened to this album at least one a week since I've bought it. When I first received it (and I remember this quite well), I listened to it for 2 months straight. I had it in my CD player at school, when I went bike riding, cleaning the house, etc.

It never gets old! It's still a great album and still the best from Kuu!

Not bad, but she has better Customer Review Rated Bad 4 - 4 out of 10
Kuu's second album. It's caught somewhere between her first album, and being rather good.
The sound is consistent, and it houses some classic tracks, but there is really something missing from the album.
It feels like Kuu is still trying to find herself as an artist. She experiments a wee bit on this one, but doesn't ever step out of the safe shelter of her hip-pop roots.

when Ku was good and original Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This was when I LOVED Kumi Kouda. She was talented, beautiful, and not full of herself like she is now. Her music style was original and her singing was amazing and she didn't push -n- strain it like she does today. Every song is lovable and listenable. You won't regret buying this along with Affection CD and Feel My Mind CD! I would avoid her latest album - Black Cherry. Its basically opposite of everything this album is.
