YesAsia Editorial Description

Get ready for the exciting conclusion of Infernal Affairs!

Even more thrills head your way led by the star-studded cast featuring Kelly Chen, Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Andy Lau, Leon Lai, and Chen Daoming! Ten months after the death of undercover cop Chan Wing Yan (Tony Leung), his triad counterpart Lau Kin Ming (Andy Lau) still works in the police force, hoping to right past wrongs by being a good police officer. Lau suspects that something is wrong the minute newcomer Yeung (Leon Lai) steps into the police department. Believing that Yeung is a mole, he tries to nail him no matter how high the costs, even if it means risking the discovery of his own identity!

Infernal Affairs III continues the thrill of the two previous films and explores the complex psyche of the protagonists through psychologist Dr. Lee (Kelly Chen). In the third chapter, Lau Kin Ming's struggle to become a real police officer pushes him towards the abyss of insanity, and Andy Lau was crowned Best Actor at the Golden Horse Awards for convincingly delivering this challenging role. Immerse yourself into the surprise-filled final chapter of this modern Hong Kong movie that promises to exceed your highest expectations and keep you on the edge of your seat!

Infernal affairs III Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Just saw this movie and loved it. The plot deepens and still keeps you thinking untill the end. The acting is class and for me, this is the best triology I have seen. For those of you that love the american version, this is much better.
You will love it, buy all three.....

Very Different Movie Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
After mistakingly buying this 3rd one, I decided to watch it before seeing the others. The first time watching IA 3, I found it very slow and very confusing. I didnt even understand Andy Lau's role in the whole movie. The 2nd time through, I began to figure it out, but was still a little confused about some parts, like the rooftop and what was going on there.
But I really liked the movie the 2nd time through. This movie is very different from others. It really makes you think, unlike all the other predictable mediocre movies out there. Yes there are some plot holes, but overall, i found IA3 to be very enjoyable and so different from many of the movies i've watched. All the actors were good and it really makes me want to watch it again and again.

Cannot be more confusing Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
Can they start telling the story in a straight forward timeline? The jumping back and forth drove me nuts. I actually sit thru both director cut and normal cut. Someone said the Director cut is easier to follow but it is not true!
