December 26, 2017 Very nice extended director's cutThe additional scenes add nicely to the whole story and they are ideed noticeable, even if it's been a while since you've seen the broadcast version.

October 19, 2017 Personal preference when it comes to namesSo, I really like the drama and the box is also very pretty, why then not the full number of stars? It extremely annoys me that the English subtitles, which are otherwise really good, follow the European naming convention of first name followed by family name. This bugs me to no end when reading Korean names. "Segi Shin" makes me shudder while "Shin Segi" feels normal and flows off the tongue. Also, "Ferry Park"?! Really?
Still, if you can get your hands on this box - nice extras, no sub as usual - or the "normal" version, it's a clear recommendation for the drama from me.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

The two pretty main characters are prominently displayed in the photo essay. If you're looking for any other characters you're out of luck. The pictures are well-chosen and display the two to their advantage.
I like the music, otherwise I wouldn't have bought this, so enough said about it. The booklets accompanying the two CDs are all graphic novel-pictures, which I really appreciate as I already have the photo essay for rl pics.

June 30, 2017 English subs sometimes a bit strangeI really like the drama but I have to reduce the rating for this box a bit in order to differentiate it from the ones with near perfect subtitles. Don't ge me wrong, the subs are perfectly understandable and far above some Chinese releases, however, I've seen better in other Korean director's cut editions. Still, it's a pleasure to watch this drama again.

April 30, 2017 W - Why? and What?Why did I buy this? Because I like the drama, very simple, and I wanted to own the pretty box.
What about the contents? As usual, only the episodes itself are subbed but the subtitles are excellent. For the extras one needs to be proficient in Korean, however, if you are, you'll find 728 min of special features. That's longer than the whole drama runtime.

The English subtitles are gramatically correct and well-timed, as to the translation it is close to what I've seen in the streamed versions. The extras have no subtitles, as advertised.
