The answer is in the stars for two lonely teenage insomniacs in Insomniacs After School based on Ojiro Makoto's manga. Ikeda Chihiro (Senpai to Kanojo) directs the live-action film adaptation starring two of Japan's brightest young actors Mori Nana (Last Letter) and Okudaira Daiken (Mother).

Nakami Ganta (Okudaira Daiken) is a high school freshman who suffers from insomnia. One day, he happens to meet classmate Magari Isaki (Mori Nana) at the school's unused astronomical observatory, and it turns she also struggles with insomnia. Although they never really talked in class, the two connect over their shared problem of insomnia that no one else knows about. While gradually opening up to each other, Isaki and Ganta learn that they're actually not allowed to use the observatory. In order to keep their safe space, they decide to revive the astronomy club.
