Wonder Girls Mini Album - Wonder Party1 people found this review helpful
July 25, 2012 Sorry, my Girlfriend... </3
I'm so happy that the Wonder Girls are back and so I'm here, gonna make a review for their latest release ♥
To be honest, I'm not really digging into 'R.E.A.L' that much, but I've only listened to it for like 2-3 times so it's hard to tell, but it impresses me that it seems like this is a song about a girl's love for junk food, is that true? Haha. The chip-crunching sound at the beginning and ending is just epic. Still, it has slight hip-hop feeling and I always had a hard time getting hooked to hip-hop tracks.
'Like This' didn't caught my ears the first time I listened to it but now I'm like obsessed with the song. The melody is catchy, the whole "like this yo like this" is a true addiction, plus funny lyrics (actually teaching us how to so the dance) and cute choreography, the song's a perfect 10! Deserves to be this summer's biggest hit.
'Hey Boy' is quite like the first track, but softer and more R&B feeling. Not really my favourite though...
'Girlfriend' is my favourite track from the album. I've always had a thing for Wonder Girls singing ballads. The track is about a girl which her bestfriend cheated on with her ex. I heard it was Yenny's own experience. It's so sad, really, but the lyrics are beautiful and sad... :(.
'Sorry' is like my second favourite song from this mini. Like I said, I love Wonder Girls singing ballads. Sun and Yenny may not have the skillest nor best vocals, but they're one of the girlgroup members that I find really sing with all their hearts, and I've fallen in love with their soulful, emotional vocals since a long, long time ago. Great song ♥
'The DJ Is Mine' is a great track. I think it's cute how Wonder Girls are having more and more American-ish track now. It fits their image, really.
Now I'll go about the packaging. I purchased 2 copies so I got both colors and both poster versions. The PVC cover is genius, really. Brilliant, dazzling neon colors that fit the music style and funky summer theme. Both posters are pictures of the girls wearing funky disco queen outfits with red lipstick, really colorful and pretty. Inside the bag are the postcards and a thick cardboard piece which holds the CD. Each member has 3 individual cards, with one side a photo of her in the colorful, funky style and the other side is like abstract shapes in neon colors. They're all very pretty and I love Wonder Girls' unique style. They never fails to impress me ♥.
Totally recommended for all Wonderfuls :)

And last but not least, the most important feature: the member's mini photobook! It has the member's name on the front and the first five pages are individual still-cuts of 5 members in the set of "Monster" MV, next there are a lot of amazing individual stills of the member in the set and lastly some photos of him in his own unique, funky fashion. All are really handsome ♥.
Totally recommended for all V.I.Ps. I personally think this edition is even better than "Alive". Because it's cuter, hehe.

July 25, 2012 I think I'm sick... ♥
So now about the packaging, it's kinda cute, a thick white box square-shaped. I ordered 2 copies and got G-Top which are my biases so I'm really really happy ♥. I don't know about the group version but as for member versions, on the front cover is an image of their respective outfit in the 'Monster' MV and a little title with his nickname on the upper left corner, also written in their respective own color. And on the backside there are the songs' names printed inside of a colored pentagon line (respective color of course!).
Now you should open the box, everything is pretty white, and first you see the "CD + Card". The CD front design is cute with a "Still Alive" style "B" and yeah another family card, with the specific member's name on it (same with the version you got), there's no photo on the card and it's kind of like transparent plastic? Anyway it's unique and cute :). Next you see a "Branding BigBang" book, which is the same for every version, and it kind of "explains" how they came to the design of the symbol (the pentagon with "B"), the special "Still Alive" text font, the hidden inspiration and meaning behind them, how they selected the members' representing colors and how each color expresses the specific member, and mixed them all together we get the dark "universe blue" for the whole group :). There were also few footages of the office in which they worked for the art design, I suppose? Lots of pages are dedicated to the lyrics, I love how they printed each member's lines in his own color so it's really easy to follow ^^. And A LOT of pages were for... I don't know, they look like little stickers with the sole color of each member... But they don't stick, you can tear them out but they're too small to be bookmarks and honestly... I don't know what they're for, but maybe I just lack the creativity I need, haha :D. If you here find better ways to use them then please share ^^.
My copies also some with posters, a black&white photo of the boys in black outfits. It's nice, hehe :).

Received my 2 copies a few weeks ago and finally I'm sitting down and make a review for it :)
The extended, "full" version of 'Still Alive' is really amazing! The short preview has always been my favourite track from "Alive" and fortunately, the long version is just as awesome. Listening to the song gives me a lot of courage and you know, just wanna live my life with all the swag, haha.
'Monster' is too, a really nice song. The heart-thumping beat is impressive and goes right with the song's feelings. They really pulled off the painful theme of denial and sorrow well, the MV was amazing and the "I think I'm sick" parts really drive me tearful ;-;.
To be honest, I'm not really digging into 'Feeling' and '빙글빙글 (Bingle Bingle)'... I guess it's just not my favourite type of songs... But they're not bad either ^^
My ultimate favourite track from this release is definitely 'Ego' ♥. There's something emotional about it, a little mystery, and a little classical European feel and I totally fell in love with the song ♥. I really really hope they'll have a special stage for the song :3.

June 10, 2012 Countin' my little "Baby Steps"...♥
Now about the packaging: This is also one of the best designed CD I've ever owned.
When you peel off the outer cover, you'll see the album is kept inside a protective PVC box. The box is beautifully designed with lots of pink, intense makeups and the girls dressed in bright, colorful fairy-like outfits. The text design is somewhat childish yet still feminine and cute.
Inside the PVC box is the cardboard edged tray in which the postcards and the CD are kept. You shall find your special photocard around the CD, I purchased 2 and got both Seohyun's: Type A and Type B ♥. Really really happy since she's my bias :).
Mine also came with posters, made of cardboard material, the same concept with the jacket, and is very pretty.
The postcards are all very very pretty, all follow the concept of colorful, beautiful, graceful kaleidoscope images. Most are individual pictures of the 3 girls, some in retro-super-star concept with fabulous glittery dresses, fabulous hairdoes and sharp eyeliner and softly pink lips while the others in the fairy concept with unique hair color (Taeyeon - curly orange; Tiffany - lady-like pink and Seohyun - straight purple) and an unique choice regarding the color of their makeup (all very very brilliant & intensely bright colors) and design of outfits (see-through polka-dotted plain-colored tights, lots and lots of harajukuish accessories).
I love the little girly touches such as flowery & butterflies printings, the little doll and smiley-faced lollipop Seohyun carries,... And I also appreciated how each girl's unique charms are shown: Seohyun's innocence with her sweet smiles; Tiffany - the attractive, dynamic, confident Leo she always is; and Taeyeon, just simply a dazed & confused dorky babyface as if she just dropped to Earth from outerspace.
In conclusion, I think the jacket concept is brightful & colorful Harajuku fairies while on stage, these ladies transfrom into unresistable retro queen-Bs. Each is beautiful and I absolutely can't spot a flaw!
This is an absolute must-have for all S♥NEs, how-can-you-possibly-miss-it piece for anyone who's Taeyeon- or Tiffany- or Seohyun-biased, worth-your-money if you appreciate skilled vocals and music that's truly a work of art, and highly recommended for all other :). Buy it, you won't regret it!

June 10, 2012 Never say Goodbye, Hello~♥ [안녕]
This is one of their best so far!
The title track got me hooked from the first time listening to it! I love the retro-ish concept, the girls' vocals were all very strong and firm and smooth (as expected from the main-vocalists of Girls' Generation!). The queen-B concept also fitted well with the lyrics and MV. The image is feminine yet still confident and attractive.
'Baby Steps' is my No.1 favourite track. I can't help but thinking, this song is sang from the hearts of the girls who've gone through a long long path of five-whole-years to become what they are now. That's why the song, though still has the mellow, sweet melody, is tained with bits of sorrowfulness and maturity. It's like, they're looking back to all the little "steps" they've made, and all the loss they've suffered, and to the realization that they're now alone, but grown-up, and can stand up for themselves. The song also showed these ladies' soft, smooth side of vocal.
'OMG(Oh My God)' is yet another retro pop-queenish track. Suitable to be the opening theme song for the entrance of super-stars that's TaeTiSeo. The song really brings a high-class, super-confident, unresistably attractive feeling. The song totally succeeded in showing these ladies' strong, opera-worthy vocals.
'Library' brings the delightful, sweetly mellow traits to the mini album. This has the familiar concept of Girls' Generation, but more retro feelings and more skilled vocals. The song makes me think of a Spring day in a sunshine-filled old library, just like some very very gorgeous scene you may find in a Disney movie, something like that :)
'안녕(Good-bye, Hello)' is my second favourite track, I love the song's pure, sweet, delightful melody, it's so close to the music of their debut era, but definitely sparkled with skilled vocals. This is almost like how a teenage girl's teasing her crush: to never say Goodbye, but only Hello~♥
'처음이었죠(Love Sick)' is another sweet ballad track from the trio, but I personally don't find it as outstanding as the other tracks. Still, since it's from SM, it's a great track with soft, gentle melody and emotional, slow vocals.
'체크메이트(Checkmate)' has more "rock" feeling in comparison with the other tracks, but well mixed with the overall retro concept that resulted in one dynamite track, and it makes a good ending for the mini album :).
The music is definitely 10/10, I love how the Western retro super-star concept fitted these ladies so well, and each song is a total work of art ♥.
Super Junior Vol. 3 - Sorry, Sorry (Version C)1 people found this review helpful
June 8, 2012 It's U who gave me a ♥-quake... :(
So I also purchased this album: SORRY, SORRY - Korea Version C, and I just want to say if you are considering buying this, then you should choose the Japan version if you can afford the price.
Basically the booklets of this C version and of the Japan version are the same, while the Japan version also includes a DVD. Still, if you don't have enough money for the Japan version then this version C is always highly recommended.
I personally think the concept of "It's You" is even better than both versions of "Sorry, Sorry", plus in this repackaged you get all songs from both previous versions A and B plus 4 new great songs!
When I received this it also came with a poster, the same image with the cover: 13 boys jumping, y'know? And it's huge, I love it ♥
The booklet was pretty and their outfits are fashionable, refresh and teenish (Makes me kinda sad to think they've totally became men now, but back at the time they released their 3rd album, some of them were still teenage boys). The CD design is also unique, I love it and overall this is a great release.
Must-have for all E.L.Fs :)
Super Junior Vol. 3 - Sorry, Sorry (Version B)1 people found this review helpful
June 8, 2012 Dead at ♥... :(
I purchased all 3 Korean versions of Sorry, Sorry and I can say this is one of Super Junior's best pieces so far.
About the B version packaging:
The booklet is quite thick, and is filled with many pictures of the boys in different suits. I love how each boy's suit is so well designed that they complimented each's own charms: Heechul - the sexy womanizer; Siwon - forever like-a-SIR; Eunhyuk - street look with checkered shirt and rolled-up jeans; Donghae and Hangeng - the most handsome ones of the sweet-guy look; Kibum - cold eyes and rebellious stare with unbelievable pretty face; Ryeowook - somehow reminds me of The Beatles with his curly hazelnut hair and vintage outfit; Kyuhyun - the cute smarty one with adorable glasses;... Overall they're very good-looking :)
The text design is funky B&W and quite "circus-like". So was the CD, it's has unique texts of "SJ33" in B&W on it.
I quite like the "gentlemen" concept this time, and after this, I believe Super Junior will always be the best at "gentlemen" concept :)
Super Junior Vol. 3 - Sorry, Sorry (Version A)June 8, 2012 Dead at ♥... :(
I purchased all 3 Korean versions of Sorry, Sorry and I can say this is one of Super Junior's best pieces so far.
About the A version packaging:
The booklet is quite thick, and is filled with many pictures of the boys in casual clothes. And though it's all in B&W, each boy's own unique charms still shine through their aura: Donghae and Sungmin are the typical sweet guys with the pretty boy look; Kibum is also pretty but more in a rebellious way; Siwon is obviously the "Sir" of Super Junior with his suit and serious look; Kyuhyun and Ryeowook are like the regular teenage boys with fresh looks and fashionable outfits; Kangin is of the "family guy" concept with his warm smile (though I think he should seriously lose some weight now); Eunhyuk is the funky street hip-hop boy; Hangeng and Yesung are the manlier rebels;... Overall they're very good-looking :)
The text design is simple and some is of yellowish-green color. So was the CD, it's yellowish-green with B&W edited photo of whole group on it.
I quite like the B&W concept this time, and after this, I believe Super Junior will always be the best at B&W concept :)
The Boys (US Version)3 people found this review helpful
June 6, 2012 Bring 'em boys OUT~!
So I just purchased this "US version" of Girls' Generation's "The Boys" completely out of curiousity, and I just have to say I'm quite disappointed.
The remixes are quite OK, but I've never been overly fond of remixes. Though each remix has its own unique feel and there's also nice rap features, I think it still doesn't make this release worthy...
The CD is kept in a jewel case like most US CDs, the CD design is the same with the Korean version, and the thin booklet is basically all the same photos they used in Korea, but cropped smaller :(. There's also a wallet-size whole-group postcard. After owning myself a Korean copy, I can't help but feel like I'm robbed buying this.
Not a recommended, YesAsia's not offering you a good price. $18 for a CD like this is just not worth it.
Girl's Day Mini Album Vol. 1 - EverydayJune 5, 2012 반짝반짝~♥
I purchased this EP mostly because I was caught by the hit '반짝반짝', and to tell the truth, other than that track, I was kinda disappointed with this CD.
'영러브 (Young love)' and '한번만 안아줘' kind of sound the same to me. The same overly aegyo, sickeningly cutesy, and really, I'm not into that kind of "charms".
'반짝반짝' is obviously the best score. I didn't like the song at first since I didn't have a good impression on Girl's Day, but then the catchy melody caught my ears and then I just totally got hooked to the song ♥
'잘해줘 봐야 (Nothing Lasts Up)', in my opinion, is not a really great track either, though it has been a promotional single before. After listening to this, I think these girls really should just stick to their cute image than a "dark" one. And the moaning sound in the beginning definitely didn't sound pleasant.
About the packaging, the CD front was nothing out of ordinary and honestly I don't think this album is well designed. The booklet is full of well-PTSed-pictures of the girls wearing varies of wedding dresses. Looking at those forced-innocent eyes I just can't believe some of them are already in their mid-20s. Really, they're forcing the whole pure-maiden-look too hard. Minah has got a nice pair of legs, though :9. The other pictures are the girls wearing not-so-casual-but-still-more-maiden-looking outfits still trying-hard-to-look-cute :|. And I don't like how Minah is always made to stand out from the rest of the group.
Not a recommended.

June 5, 2012 Let's go 소녀시대!!
So I also purchased this repackaged and here are some of my opinions:
'Kissing you- Skool Rock remix', in my opinion, was definitely better than the original-at some point-as it showed a ruffier side to the ever-cute track. Still, it wasn't really a smooth remix, though.
The short and long versions of 'Let's go 소녀시대!!' are basically just songs that contain different parts from the other tracks of the album, not even to be considered a remix since they just simply connected (very smoothly though) these parts together. Still, it will make a great ringback tune or a great theme song for your Girls' Generation fanvid :)
About the packaging, I like how the girls' outfits were so un-unique and casual yet they matched each other so well, so it looked quite cute together. Plus, I've always been into soft-colored feminine outfits and especially doll-shoes with cute tiny bows on it ♥
The CD front design was of a pair of legs (from knees down) with white under-knee stockings and browny pink doll-shoes. However, I don't like how the photos were focused on the girls' legs :|. This is not appropriate for such a young group of girls! Still, all the other individual shots of the girls, standing on a wood floor and with a white wall as background, are pretty. They all looked so innocent and sweet :).
Not really a recommended, but you can always have it, if you're a fan :)

June 5, 2012 Honey, I'll be you Tinkerbell ♥
About the packaging, I just wanna say it's really pretty. Main color is rose pink of course. The CD front has a beautiful design with the famous "GG-with-a-crown-on-top" symbol. The concept is totally "dolls" and to tell the truth, though I've seen many other girlgroups trying to pull this concept, Girls' Generation is no doubt the best. Mostly the booklet was individual shots of the girls as dolls. I really adore, and wonder how they can make such a blank, doll-like stare and posing exactly like real dolls like that. Half the booklet, the girls transformed into luxurious, princess-ish dolls but each still has her own different charms (That's what I appreciate from Girls' Generation ladies, they may have 9 members, but they are still 9 seperate individuals). And the other half, they portraited a doll-set, all wearing matching white polo shirts and pink skirt-like shorts, playing croquet. And there was also a few group shots where the girls turn back to look lively! Really, I love dolled-up Girls' Generation! It's like they were born to do it :)
The album was absolutely pretty, and this is a total must-have for all S♥NEs!

June 5, 2012 Ooh-la-la! It's a Merry-Go-Round ♥
Just as expected from Girls' Generation!
'소녀시대 (Girls' Generation)', 'Baby Baby' and 'Kissing You' are like the you-know-what typical Girls' Generation songs: catchy melody, cutesy image and lots of aegyo. But it's still orginal since Girls' Generation is like one of the first Korean girlgroups which scored at the concept.
'Ooh La-La!' and 'Tinkerbell' are the second-level-of-Girls'-Generation's-cutesy-tracks. With even more aegyo and brighter, sweeter melody. Guess they are pulling on the baby girl concept. Which they're the best at it so far, in my opinion :). Still, while the former is the typical aegyo as mentioned, the latter, mixed with ballad traits, is definitely softer.
'Complete' and '그대를 부르면 (Tears)' showed another side of Girls' Generation as they are soulful, tender ballads which showed off the girls' vocal skills, especially of the main vocalists like the Taeyeon, Jessica and Tiffany. But while the former is delightful, the latter is more sorrowful, yet both are sweet and smooth.
'Merry-go-round' is my personal favourite track, as it sounded like a sweet, loving lullaby to my ears. The melody was beautiful and so was how the girls sang it. The honey-like vocals of the girls just add to the soothing sweetness of the song and I love it. One track you all should give a try ♥
'7989' was a nice duet of Kangta and Taeyeon. Of course, it's ballad. Still, not really one of my favourites, it just adds a new breath to the album :)
'Honey (소원)' and '다시 만난 세계 (Into the new world)' are also included in this CD.
Chocolat Mini Album Vol. 1 - I Like ItJune 5, 2012 In a ♥-bit:
About the packaging, the booklet is very pretty, though I think it was too thin. The main colors are B&W and redish pink. Their outfits were fashionable, teenish and they also got their hair & makeups well done for a fresh, hot-chick concept. The 3 "bi-racial" girls are really really pretty: Tia holds the pure & innocent image, Melanie is the typical queen-B cheerleader and Juliane is more of a matured feminine appearance. The album design was unexpectedly pretty for a rookie like Chocolat. I have high expectations for these ladies in the future :).
Too bad they didn't include "Syndrome", since it's one of my favourite K-pop tracks :(. Still, this is a highly-recommended for anyone who's interested in the promising rookie Chocolat!
Chocolat Mini Album Vol. 1 - I Like ItJune 5, 2012 One More Day... :(
I purchased this "I Like It" mini-album and I'm quite satisfied.
'I Like It' has the same feeling with the popular American autotuned dance tracks these days with its warrior-like energy and strong, raging beat and vocals, especially during the chorus. Still, it's not really one of my favourites from Chocolat since this song didn't really showed the girls' true vocal skills :(.
'하루만 더 (Same Thing To Her)' is my absolute favourite track from this mini album. At first I wasn't really interested in this new girlgroup "Chocolat" but then their debut track "Syndrome" caught my ears and I thought I might as well check out their new MV and I was like: "WOAH!" These girls are pretty talented, even at such a young age like Tia and Melanie. I especially loved Melanie's vocal in this song. Plus I could really feel the song's emotional theme: the story about a girl who just got cheated on over and over by her boyfriend, she finally decides to leave him but the emotions still run strong and deeply all she wanted was just "one more day" with her boyfriend, to love him again. I love the meaning of this song, the MV was unique, the choreography was sexy and the girls looked really natural when they acted to the emotional concept of the song. The melody is sweet yet sorrowful and full of sorry. Sometimes I even feel like crying listening to this.
'싫어 싫어 (World Domination)' is also a pretty good score for autotunes. It has the typical upbeat, catchy melody and strong, sassy vocals familiar with K-biz these days. Not really my favourite though.
'너만을 보고 너만을 그리는 (In A Heartbeat)' makes quite a nice R&B track with its slower beat and more soulful vocals, making it my second favourite track from this CD. I think Melanie and Juliane are very good singers, so it's nice to hear them really singing with not too much autotune.
'I LIKE IT (English ver.)' is also included and I think the lyrics are fun!
Girls' Generation 1st Single - Into The New World2 people found this review helpful
June 5, 2012 Perfect for U~♥
'다시 만난 세계(Into the new world)' is one of the best one of Girls' Generation, the one which puts a start to their long path to become a top girlgroup like they are now. This song is one of my personal favourites since it still contained the sweet, light-hearted, fresh youthfulness and pure expressions of hopes and dreams. The girls' vocals sound like they sang the song with all their hearts and energy. And I think "Into the new World" MV is the best Girls' Generation MV ever, and how the girls look so innocent yet still determined is really charming.
'Beginning' has more of a punk feeling, which is quite a popular concept during that time of their debut. It was strong and sexy, but I always think this song may sound even better if the girls drived it into an even tougher, ruffier track.
'Perfect for you(소원)' is my personal favourite track from this single. This is like the sweetest Girls' Generation song ever. In their later releases there may be cutesy songs or even sultry ones, but I think the pure, innocent sweetness of the girls showed the most in the third track of their debut single. This is like the true, honest, loving confess of an untouched young girl's heart :).
About the packaging, it was wonderful. Firstly the CD front design was really pretty with pink figures of what we can see in an antique shop, and it gives a very classy yet cute feminine feel. I think the graphic designs' concept is like a colorful, antique and classy circus (in the very unique style of SMEnt.) but the photos inside is more of a "natural" concept. All the photos showed the girls wearing casual outfits doing daily things that's familiar to most girls like eating (cutely), fawning over the mirror, chatting, practicing musical instruments, doing sports, etc... My favourite ones are of the girls smiling and hugging each other. It amazes me of how the ladies of top girlgroup Girls' Generation these days also used to be like any other teenage girls at the time of their debut: fresh, youthful, energetic and just purely happy. It has been such a long path, hasn't it?
This is definitely a must-have for all S♥NEs. You can't miss this if you're a fan :)
Orange Caramel Single Album - Shanghai RomanceJune 5, 2012 Oh, my Shanghai ♥~
'샹하이 로맨스' is like the second best song of Orange Caramel so far (just behind "아잉♡", in my opinion). The melody is just so cute, less trot-like and more cutesy, plus a little "Chinese" sound. The girls' vocals are sweet and I think the MV is just hilarious. One of the songs you should totally check out :)
'눈을 감아' is yet another tender ballad note of Orange Caramel and I can say these girls can always sing ballads well. Though not my favourite tracks, but smooth for the ears indeed. Their vocals are pretty good :)
'The day you went away' is more of a trot-like R&B track in Chinese. So this is a re-make of M2M's original song, but I personally prefer Orange Caramel's version. The girls' vocals were sweet but skilled at the same time, and Nana singing in Chinese is just daebak!
Abour the packaging, it's a jewel case again and I don't really like it, but other than that everything is perfect. Main color is orange this time. On both sides of the CD cover are pictures of the girls with well-done hazelnut mush-room hair, fashionable flannel cheongsams with glittery sleeves and cute faces. The CD front design was also super cute with orange figures of "Shanghai city" and sweet little hearts fluttering. The booklet is basically the girls in said outfits posing cutely in said backtheme (but they were still cute ♥), but included some very very cute pictures where Raina dressed up like a pretty boy with glittery vest and Nana & Lizzy were fighting over "him". They look really funny and cute :).
Each CD contains a special photocard of 4 available designs (one of each member and one for the whole group) and surprisingly I got TWO of Nana's! And I just can't be happier since she's my absolute bias ♥.
I also got a poster, with Nana and Lizzy dressed up in glittery white cheongsams showing their slim legs and Raina in her pretty boy suit in the middle :). Really adorable :)
Absolute must-have for all Orange Caramel's fans!
Orange Caramel Single - Bangkok City (Limited Edition)(3)Our Price: US$10.99List: US$14.99Save: US$4.00 (26%)June 5, 2012 Disco queens much?
'Bangkok City' makes quite a nice refreshing feeling in comparison with the familiar cutesy concept of Orange Caramel. I didn't like the song at first but now I think it's fine. Still, I must say I'm kinda disappointed that they only have 1 song (and its instrumental version) on this CD. So, this is really overpriced. I only buy this because I wanna have a full collection. Plus the instrumental version doesn't really sound good.
About the packaging, the CD looks quite cute with the combination of light blue and baby pink clouds. I don't really like the jewel case and the disco-queen concept is too fake. I admit the fluffy blonde hair looks unique, but their outfits don't and they don't even match each other. And how they put each girl into different colors make the booklet look kind of ridiculous. Still, there are some very cute backstage selcas inside :)
Not really a recommended, but do buy this if you want a complete collection.
Orange Caramel 1st Mini Album (After School Global Unit)(8)Our Price: US$10.99List: US$14.99Save: US$4.00 (26%)June 5, 2012 Magic Girl~♥
'마법소녀' is a very cute song, though heavily affected by trot music style, but a little too aegyo voices, a little too sweet lyrics, a little too baby-ish choreography and everything resulted in 3 very colorful and adorable magical girls. They're like, every little girl's dream to become :).
'사랑을 미룰 순 없나요' is a very nice ballad track, which showed the girls' vocal skills, especially Raina's. After School is one of the rare girlgroups that I find good at ballads, and so is this little sweet trio Orange Caramel.
About the packaging, it's just really really cute. The CD cover is pink with the girls dressed in pink polka-dotted dress, with little hats and tiaras and bows, just like the Barbie dolls. They were also holding little cupcakes, which you'll see them eating in the booklet ;). Still, the dolls on the back cover kinda creeps me out. The CD front was designed like an orange and it's super cute ♥. The booklet is full of sweet pictures of the girls in the "doll" concept, with all the fluffy bright-colored dresses and doing all kinds of cute faces. They're really pretty and again, this is just exactly like every little girl's dream.
Overall this is one adorable piece of Orange Caramel that you definitely don't wanna miss if you're into this whole cute, brightful "Candy-culture" :).
