From April to June 2022, KAT-TUN brought the Live Tour 2022 Honey to eight cities nationwide. The Johnny's group held 26 performances in total, and this release features their concert at Yoyogi National Gymnasium on May 5. The setlist is composed mainly of songs from KAT-TUN's Honey album.

This edition comes with a 64-page live photo booklet and bonus features including multi-angle footage, the Amazon Music Live: KAT-TUN live stream event held on March 22, and digest video of the Honey release event held at Billboard Live Tokyo on June 6.

2022年4月から6月にかけて全国8都市で全26公演行われた「KAT-TUN LIVE TOUR 2022 Honey」より、5月5日の国立代々木競技場 第一体育館のライブをパッケージ化。およそ2年半ぶりのオリジナル・アルバム「Honey」収録曲全15曲を中心に構成され、タイトルにかけた"ハニカム"モチーフのセットや衣装、ハチ型ドローンを使用した演出など、「Honey」ならではの世界観で繰り広げられたライブパフォーマンスの模様を収録。

[初回限定盤]には特典映像として、公演毎に楽曲を変えて披露したパートより、本編未収録の「TWO」「儚い指先」「HONESTY」3曲の映像、また「Ain't Seen Nothing Yet」「We Just Go Hard feat.
