In December 2019 during Hinatazaka46's Christmas live, a surprise announcement was made about the group's Tokyo Dome concert a year later. After that, things kept changing with the arrival of COVID and the departure of members. In March 2022, Hinatazaka46 finally fulfilled their promise and reached the stage of the Tokyo Dome. Hinatazaka46's second documentary film Kibou to Zetsubou follows the group during this period of challenges and changes.
This edition comes with the Theatrical and Director's Cut version of the film. It also comes with 23 postcards and special features including Hinatazaka Film Festival and stage greeting footage.
