阿狗(陳恩峰飾)剛與女朋友美萍(白歆惠飾)新婚，當基層警察時，曾救了魚仔(張雁名 飾)與他妹妹一命。
魚仔是個邊緣孩童，靠幫忙頂罪的方式來賺錢，沒想到有一次出了人命，魚仔被誣陷成殺死自己妹妹、十惡不赦的壞人。

十年後..
出出入入感化院多次的魚仔，已經變成一個混混青年，因為女友小幸(劉心悠 飾)懷孕，為了籌措小幸和孩子的安家費，魚仔再次挺身走險，卻不料捲入了殺阿狗的妻子。與美萍鬧分居中的阿狗，在一個晚上，因送還東西給美萍而目擊阿狗在美萍的被殺現場出現，因而認為阿狗就是殺害美萍的兇手。
一件致命的槍擊案，讓阿狗與魚仔的生命再度連結。阿狗必須再重新面對這過去發生的情境，背負著罪惡感那麼多年來，他是已經習慣了那種無能而再度犯錯？還是他願意突破這宿命的枷鎖？一場宿命的追逐就此展開……
