The sequel to the powerful police drama Lee Rock, Lee Rock II picks up right where the original left off! Reunited with his long-lost love Rose (Chingmy Yau), Lee Rock (Andy Lau) is shocked to discover that she has borne him a son named Yin. Lee Rock tries to keep Rose and Yin with him, and his current wife Grace (Sharla Cheung) is accepting of the arrangement. But Rose can't accept being a concubine to Lee Rock, and leaves with his son. Meanwhile, Lee continues to move up the chain of command in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, but his once stellar morals have decayed. But there are still worse cops who plot to take Lee Rock down once and for all. To make matters worse, the newly formed ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) is looking into Lee Rock's activities, and the cop assigned to take out Lee is none other than his own son Yin (Aaron Kwok)! Will Lee Rock be forced to fight his own son, or will he regain his earlier righteousness and join forces with Yin? Sometimes old films tend to be out dated and a bit stale but not this one! This is a classic cool oldie. Andy and Aaron are both brillant in this master piece about love, life and corruption. This film is a must see along with part 1!
