Wow
Wow, I never realized there were people out there who truly hate this song. I personally, love it. I realize it is a bit "too jazzy" but that just goes to show Nakashima's personal sytle. A "Don't hate; appreciate" kinda gal. Anyway, I love the melody and her singing. I must admitt it does drag on, but it is only becuase the lyrics are a tad bit run down the pad of paper, and the music itself. But I love it nevertheless. I personally love to sing this song and dance to it. A very fun song at friendly hangouts, and the PV itself was intersting. |

Great!
I just recently bougth this single and it's GREAT! Mika's sense of Jazz is awesome because it's very unique in Japan. No, this won't ever be mainstream. But who wants mainstream? Mika is the unofficial Princess of Japanese alternative Pop, and this single further establishes her position. Highly recommended for anyone that loves jazz and a strong female voice!
One more thing, she looks VERY hot on the front and back cover. |

Love Addict is Addictive!
Mika Nakashima's single, [Love Addict], is truly the best single this star has ever released. Only to be rivaled with [SEVEN], of course. The song is smooth and jazzy, a reminder of the flapper era in the 20s through the later 40s. The trumpets, strings and piano blend nicely with her vocals, which are clear and beautiful in this song, especially when hitting the high notes, in which other singers like Namie Amuro would crack under the pressure. The song is simple, yet extravagent and beautiful and has the certain quality that cannot be duplicated or Americanized without losing quality. The big band style and the chrous are most definately jazzy and beautiful. The song is very awesome and I enjoyed it very much. People who deny this song, or this single are literally missing out on one of her better songs.
Don't delay! Jazz lovers and Mika fans alike won't be disappointed. In fact, all it misses is a DVD+CD version! |

Hypnotizing and Mezmorizing!
If I had to describe Mika Nakashima in one word, it would be "heavenly", her voice makes you feel good about listining to music. Now about this song, one of her best yet. The jazzy feel of the band takes you back into the 40's, very retro and stylish. The beat is quick and romantic, but her voice is what brings it all together. As you sit back and sink into the beats and blares of an amazing song. |

Just what I want to hear !!!
I discovered this wonderful single last year when it came out and I have loved it ever since. This is the single that introduced me to Mika Nakashima and have been buying her singles ever since, but I have to say out of all of them so far this one is my absolute favorite. I Love this style of music and she did it so well, just as I love Ego-wrappin and Aiko Okumura. All three songs are unique and extremely enjoyable, amazing. |
