Directed by Lim Jin Soon (Ordinary People), the 2022 Korean comedy revolves around plastic surgery business in Apgujeong, an upscale neighborhood of Gangnam, Seoul, known for fashion, luxury shopping and plastic surgery clinics.

Silver-tongued Apgujeong native Dae Guk (Ma Dong Seok) is always full of business ideas, so he sees the potential to make big money when he meets talented plastic surgeon Ji Woo (Jung Kyung Ho). The two team up and add the skills, connections and capital of Mi Jung (Oh Na Ra), Kyu Ok (Oh Yeon Soo) and Tae Cheon (Choi Byung Mo) to form a team that will take Apgujeong's plastic surgery market by storm.
